We have extremely high standards in the properties that we market. We will never allow our tenants to move into a property that is not both gas and electric safe. Your safety is our number one responsibility and we will never allow this to be compromised.

We really do care about our tenants. It is for this reason that, even where we do not manage the property, we are committed to checking with you, the tenant, on the standard of management that you are receiving. We are one of the only agents in London that will refuse further business from any Landlord where we feel the appropriate standard of management is not being provided to a tenant which we have introduced.

Once you have moved in you can rest assured that your deposit will be protected by a government approved deposit protection scheme This will secure your deposit throughout the tenancy and ensure that no deductions can be made at the end unless they are backed up with clear evidence. Gradual damage through normal wear and tear will not be deducted from any deposits within this scheme. Any deductions for actual damage, unpaid rent or other genuine reasons will only be made within the strict rules set out by the scheme.
